- Assist with daily shop/ clinic operations by providing professional customer services
- Manage customers’ booking and enquiries
- Solve any ad hoc issues and complaints
- Coordinate with Beauty Consultants, Therapist and other staff for effective operations
- Provide related administrative supports
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience
- Experience in retail or beauty industry will be a definite advantage
- Being passionate, proactive and independent
**Salary**: From $2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
