**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensured workers adhere to safety regulations and provided necessary training.
- Promoted safety practices and ensured compliance with safety regulations at work site Co-ordinated in assisting with implementation of the company HSE policies, safety management system.
- Implementing & maintaining Safety & Health Management System
- Enforced all safety requirements & in-house rules & regulations on site.
- Reviewed and proposed safety training needs/ requirements for workforce Conducted & reviewed Risk Assessments
- Ensured the implementation of safety campaigns & promotions. Conduct daily mass toolbox meeting.
- Conduct daily group inspection and reporting of worksite safety non-compliance issues.
- Provided continuous WSH Training to all internal staff and work.
- Organized WSH promotion campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards at site.
- Safety Inspection, Hazard Analysis
- Assist in Accident/ Incident Investigation Analysis & implement the controls measures to prevent re-occurrence.
- Analyzes hazards and develops appropriate risk assessment and management with our RM Team for company/site work activities.
- Carry out other Safety related function/duties and processes as directed by Safety Officer/Manager or Project Manager in charge at site.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- ITE / Diploma in any disciplinary
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity in Manufacturing or Construction Industry
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to initiate improvement to the current Safety system when necessary, in compliance with local statutory and corporate requirements
- Must have both MWAH & WSH level B training competency
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to handle Chinese Speaking customers/counterparts)
