ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES To work with a network of multidisciplinary team including Architects, Urban Designers, Interior Designers, Storytellers, Trend experts, Market experts, Data Analytics experts, Sustainability experts and other specialists. To design and develop architectural and urban spaces, study spatial quality, produce overall design concepts as well as details from brainstormed ideas, sketches and precedents To work effectively in collaboration with the team To prepare material for design workshops, client meetings and reviews To be proactive in speaking up, questioning, offering suggestions and taking initiative to improve the design outcomeREQUIREMENTSWe are seeking passionate individuals who meet the following requirements: Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Architecture Aspire to be a leader and passionate about making better places for people Culturally sensitive and adaptable Affinity towards technology and digital innovation Eager to learn and move across roles ability to work well as part of a team Proficiency in Revit, Autocad, digital model-making (Rhino, Sketchup), rendering softwares (Enscape), Adobe Suite Parametric design skills (Grasshopper, Dynamo) would be an advantage Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, or other language(s) would be an advantage
