The role resides within the Membership Policy unit in Membership Services Division (MSD) which is responsible for driving the growth of NTUC membership through data insights, membership innovations and digital transformation.

As part of the policy team in the division, you will play a key role in gathering and analysing membership data, work with internal teams and external partners to develop clear strategies and coordinate implementation through internal and external stakeholders. As part of the Secretariat support team, you will coordinate with different parties for NTUC Membership Committee meetings and take part in problem-solving initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in any field
- A self-starter with a resourceful and flexible approach to navigate ambiguity and think out of the box
- Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
