**_In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: _**
- Provides assistance to the trading desk with client order execution.
- Liaises with support full allocation, settles issues on the life cycle of the trade.
- Facilitates orders for internal departments.
- Provides initial recommendations on the pricing of securities.
- May execute smaller or less complex trades and determine appropriate prices for transactions.
- Assists in the trading and management of a book of business.
- Functions independently with delegated responsibilities from more senior traders, which includes the pricing of securities and management of capital risk to maximize returns.
- Executes all correspondence requisites with a basic understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
- Tracks trades and corrects routine trade problems.
- Completes assigned research assignments for the Trading function.
- Handles routine client inquires and run reports as necessary.
- Delivering on challenging P&L targets
- Responsible for market making and pricing of FX products across Developed and Emerging Markets
- Risk management of FX Spot, Forwards and NDF inventory positions
- Engaging with FX Sales to provide market color to clients
- Partnering with FX Product in the ongoing development of the FX Trading platform

**_To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: _**
- Bachelors degree is required.
- 3-5 years of total work experience in an FX trading role required.
- Knowledge of the APAC market preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulation and control expectations of a FX trading role.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- This an individual contributor role
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
