Tax Manager

**Responsibility：**
1. Handle the tax compliance work (both direct tax and indirect tax) and assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax filing supporting documents in Singapore.
2. Manage the preparation of internal tax reporting including tax budget, tax forecast for the Group.
3. Work closely with tax staff from different countries and maintain professional relationships with colleagues from various departments and external advisors/consultants.
4. Formulate tax solutions for different business scenarios/ad-hoc projects based on the business natures and the applicable tax laws and regulations in Singapore.
5. Provide comments on the tax clauses during sales and procurement contract review.
6. Liaise with the tax bureau in Singapore; assist in managing tax disputes, enquiries or tax audit from tax authorities in Singapore and monitor the process to reduce overall tax risks.
**Requirement：**
1. Degree in Accountancy, Taxation or business-related disciplines with CPA qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years of Singapore tax experience (both direct and indirect taxes) gained from CPA or MNC firms
3. Understanding of international taxation (such as the BEPS plans, German tax laws and practices) and understand the latest trends in tax system changes. Work experience in the international tax aspect is preferred.
4. Good command of written and spoken English
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills. Self-starter and good team player, ability to work under pressure.
