**Responsibilities**:

- Develop customized data extraction and analysis pipelines based on specific client requirements and use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales) to understand client needs and translate them into effective workflow solutions
- Continuously optimize and refine the Zapier + ChatGPT integration to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and robustness of the developed workflows
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and capabilities of the integrated solution
- Provide training and support to clients on the effective utilization of the Zapier + ChatGPT system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in workflow automation, natural language processing, and generative AI technologies

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Zapier and experience in building complex, multi-step workflows
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other natural language processing models and their integration capabilities
- Solid understanding of data extraction, parsing, and analysis techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise explanations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations and client-facing interactions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management practices

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the financial services, investment management, or related industries
- Knowledge of workflow customization and automation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Exposure to machine learning and generative AI models beyond ChatGPT
