***Job Summary**
This position will support EHS team in data collection, analysis, documentation and execution of EHS related documentations & procedures.The person will be a self-starter who enjoys the challenges of daily involvement to EHS operation.

**What You Will Do**:

- Plans for Environmental monitoring and any related impact and aspect assessment.
- Update and maintain Safety Data Sheets, Chemical Approved List and quantity master list based on the license and permit.
- Coordinate and track various EHS training and medical monitoring.
- Compile EHS information for each process / area and keep readily accessible to employees as well as updated on a regular basis.
- Data collector for all environmental corporate reporting and analyze results.
- Track, analyze and communicate EHS data and records
- Ensure follow-up is done to ensure proper records/documents are maintained
- Apply, monitor and compile EHS related licenses and permits for the company and contractors engaged for waste disposal and collection
- Monitor and track EHS related expenses
- Conducts safety inspections and behavioral based safety observations
- Conducts new hire EHS orientation
- Supports the Fire Safety Manager in the emergency response drill and exercises
- Other duties as assigned.

**What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)**:

- Relevant Diploma related to environment, health and safety is an advantage
- Good communication and interaction with people
- Good computer literacy, i.e excel, word, powerpoint
- Flexible, self -starter who is organized and can take initiative
- Strong desire to learn new things in a manufacturing set up
- Self-driven, result-oriented and can work under pressure
