Av Technician

We are looking for an Audio-Visual Technician who plays a key role in managing and ensuring the smooth operation of all audio-visual technology during events. Below is a detailed breakdown of an AV Technician's job scope:

- Manage sound levels, microphone placement, and adjustments during the event to ensure clear audio throughout the venue.
- Operate video equipment during live events, including switching between video feeds, ensuring content is projected correctly, and managing live streaming (if applicable).
- Ensure all AV equipment is cleaned, repaired (if needed), and securely stored for future use.
- Respond quickly to any technical issues, whether related to sound, video, or lighting, both before and during the event.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in AV equipment, including audio mixers, led wall, projectors, microphones, lighting systems, video switchers, and more.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring the correct configuration of equipment and checking for potential issues before and during events.
- Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with event planners, coordinators, and clients to meet specific requirements.

**Additional Skill (Bonus Applicable)**
- LED Wall Maintenance and Repair: Perform scheduled inspections to ensure that the LED wall is functioning properly and efficiently. Check for issues such as dead pixels, dim spots, or color inconsistencies. Repair / Replacement of Damaged or Faulty LED Panels.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of repairs, including the diagnosis, actions taken, parts replaced, and any calibrations performed. This documentation is useful for future maintenance and warranty claims.
- Post-Repair Testing and Approval: After completing repairs, conduct post-repair testing to confirm the issue has been fully resolved, and provide the client with a report on the repair process and final results.

Pay: From $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
