Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
Experience in Construction Sector Plumbing & Sanitary works is Must
Liaise with all parties including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers.
Preparation of Progress Claims.
Resolve engineering issues.
Attend meetings with Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers.
Study drawings, plans, specifications and scope of work.
Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
Assist the Project Manager to negotiate / procure materials, equipment and labour in accordance to (or below) the allocated approved budget.
Hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
Prepare VO documents & maintain VO schedule.
Ensure quality standard and safety requirements are adhered to.
Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
**Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 8-10 years’ expereience required in Constrution Industry related Plumbing & Sanitary.
Preferred Licensed Plumber.
Well versed in English.
Able to commence work immediately or short notice.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Able to work on shift basis (Morning shift as well Night shfit)
Must have in-depth knowledge on Plumbing and Sanitary Underground Works.
