- Ensure KPIs are on track and monitor and optimize all digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and leads to deliver sales leads and customer retention

- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend, maximize engagement and overall ROI Work with the Web master to optimize SEO and enhance user experience of the Group’s websites and apps

**Communications (Social and PR)**
- As the content and community lead, develop, lead and execute a creative and effective social media and content strategy in-line with brand objectives
- Maximize media opportunities and manage media and influencer relations, events, briefing materials, releases and media queries.
- Establish and drive the internal and external communications strategy for the delivery of corporate culture and business strategy of the Group and its portfolio of brands.
- Develop and execute a broad communications plan to drive the company’s corporate and public profile and enhance brand reputation. Plan, develop, implement and measure the success of the overall PR and communications strategy.

**Requirement**
- Degree in Communications, Arts/Social Sciences or Marketing with 4-5 years of Communications and PR experience
- Fluent in English with excellent editorial and copy writing skills
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and budgets, digital marketing platforms; and content, social and digital communications (hands-on experience in campaign management, implementation and optimization will be an advantage)
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, organizational, project and time management skills
- Possesses strong interpersonal and leadership skills, is meticulous, a team player yet independent, has strong analytical skills, and is able to multi-task, work fast and meet tight deadlines
- Highly self-motivated, creative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
