As a member of our family-owned business, you will support in developing and improving current practices, systems and procedures within the Logistics environment, in accordance with the Company’s standards and best practices while timely supporting the Retail Operations Team in meeting the expectations of our customers. As a Logistics Assistant, you will:
**Logistics Assistant (Outbound)**

Your new job includes
- Validate and create outbound orders in SAP system, release orders to Third Party Logistics provider for pick-and-pack.
- Coordinate with Third Party Logistics provider on day-to-day operational activities, such as managing best-before-date requirement and value-added activities.
- Coordinate with forwarders and transportation vendors on outbound shipments and deliveries, ensuring temperature-controlled and dangerous goods are properly handled by such partners.
- Validate, process and track customer discrepancy claims, and conduct root cause and preventive action analysis if operational issues are detected.
- Support the Logistics Team in other activities such as stock count as and when required, and participate in any other projects that may be assigned to you with the aim of achieving the planned results while actively living our Heinemann culture and values.
- Assist with any other assigned projects and ad hoc duties, as required.

What you should bring along
- a Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics with a practical experience within a Retail or FMCG industry of at least three years.
- good knowledge of warehouse processes, goods flow and compliance matters relating to luxury products.
- fair understanding of Customs’ requirements as well as bonded warehouse structure.
- good command of English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.
- working knowledge of using MS Office, SAP and other systems relating to logistics and warehouse management.
- a can-do attitude and clear focus on achieving goals within a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
