**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise closely with customers and operations team on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment related activities
- Generate KPIs and transactional reports to internal and external customers on a timely basis
- Monitor the usage of warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment
- Coordinate the urgent order fulfillment with customer, operations and transporter
- Ensure the accuracy and timely update of system transactions
- Assisting operation task such like, Loading and unloading from container and loose shipment, unstuffing, sorting and put away and handling return items.
- Handling outbound either for Local, Export and ecommerce order
- Pick the order by using RDT scanner and scan pack through WMS system
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Brief on warehouse operations in accordance to 5S techniques.
- Ensure inventory accuracy for warehouse weekly / monthly stock count and random stock check
- To support general warehouse operations
- Practice good handling and usage of all Material-handling equipment (MHE) for warehouse
- Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the Warehouse / Logistics industry preferred
- Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed System
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Positive Attitude and Good Team Player
- Able to operate MHE such as Forklift, Reach Truck and Order Picker an added advantage

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
