About the team BytePlus is a business unit in ByteDance and provides intelligent platform services powered by industry-leading research in emerging technologies. This role is in charge of AR pre-sales projects and end-to-end delivery, is responsible for the operation and monetization of the BytePlus AR product, works closely with designers and development teams, provides support for key regional customers. Responsibilities - Responsible for AR project delivery: End-to-end delivery TikTok AR and AR SDK projects, responsible for AR creative design, feasibility assessment of requirements, AR material production control and project management, responsible for the successful delivery of AR projects; Responsible for AR project delivery: end-to-end delivery of TikTok AR and AR SDK projects, including overseeing the creative design of AR, feasibility assessment of requirements, AR asset production, and project management, ensuring the successful delivery of AR projects. - Responsible for BytePlus AR product monetization goals: develop AR overseas monetization go-to-market strategies, undertake AR overseas monetization goals, and provide AR product support as a core role for front-end sales and pre-sales; Define AR product global commercialization go-to-market strategy with defined revenue target, provide AR product support for global sales and pre-sales as their AR product expert. - Understand AR market demand: Collect market feedback, provide product suggestions for the Product Research & Development team, promote AR product planning, design and launch, develop product demonstrations and solutions; Participate in product roadmapping, build product demos, and construct technology solutions that articulate the business and technical value to clients.
- Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in design, marketing or related fields. - Minimum 3 years B2B or B2C experience, with design or interactive marketing or 3D modeling experience. Preferred Qualifications - Good understanding of the global AR enterprise industry (including companies, products, clients and partners). - Fast learner, resilient, results-driven self-starter with excellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration capability, and project management techniques.
