**Your role**:

- You will take lead on controlling and reporting activities (Regional headquarters P&L, Balance Sheet, headcount planning and controlling and special/ad hoc topics.
- You will take lead on monthly forecast and annual budget cycle process in the regional headquarter.
- You will collaborate and business partner with business leaders from various business lines by providing financial and strategic support to drive business performance.
- You will lead a team of experienced finance professionals in terms of process streamlining and automation (i.e. Digital Dashboards).You will lead zone wide projects end to end including articulating the project vision, acting as a solution consultant and execution through various workstreams. Keeping track and report progress to the management and key stakeholders.

**Your expertise**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Controlling, Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling/ Finance and Digitalisation.
- Deep understanding of a matrix organization and ability to manage stakeholders from various functions, across countries and different levels of management.
- Good understanding of business finance terms, process and management.
- Experience in Project Management and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Tech savvy with a passion for data analytics.
- Experience with PowerBI, QilkSense would be a plus.
