**Responsibilities**:
As a Courseware Developer, you are required to:

- Work effectively with stakeholders to determine curriculum objectives and assess learning needs
- Propose courseware development plans based on curriculum goals
- Develop courseware materials based on analyses of learning objectives
- Develop content for assessment materials and training tools
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on curriculum development, delivery and conduct of assessment

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in courseware development or curriculum design for adult education
- Minimum Diploma level or equivalent
- Practical industry knowledge and relevant work experience preferred
- DACE or DDDLP Certification preferred (not a pre-requisite)
- Excellent command of the English language and strong instructional writing skills
- An eye for details and strong passion for research and technology
- Open to experts from any industry or sector (please specify your areas of expertise and years of experience)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: From $500.00 per day
