This position is responsible for the delivery and execution of projects and initiatives under the Future Finance Program (FFP). The FFP is a Group driven program and aims to modernize Prudential's Finance function by strengthening Finance & Actuarial capabilities through enhanced data and improved systems. The FFP will be the mechanism to transform the role of Finance within the organization.
The Tech Delivery Lead - Future Finance Programme Team plays a crucial role in driving IT initiatives within the Transformation Programme. Working collaboratively with the IT Product Owners, Technical Delivery Lead, IT Enablement teams, technical architecture team, tech engineering leads, and business stakeholders, the individual is responsible for understanding, analyzing, and overseeing technology design and delivery plans. The primary focuses include ensuring FFP technology plans are delivered to timeline and budget, identify risks and issues, escalate to appropriate governance forums, collate status updates, and required GTPC, SRC governance presentations.
