We are seeking a motivated and proactive Associate/Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our day-to-day HR and recruitment operations. This role encompasses a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
- Hybrid Mode
- Monday - Friday; Office Hours (9 am to 6 pm/10 am to 7 pm)
- East Region (Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT station)
- Exposure using HRMS (Info-Tech) and ATS (Manatal) is a PLUS

**Talent Acquisition**
- Partner with our clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage interview scheduling, assessments, and reference checks for a smooth hiring process.
- Ensure timely communication and engagement to provide a professional and positive recruitment journey.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Work towards meeting individual recruitment targets, contributing to the agency's overall growth.

**Qualifications**
- ITE Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and other HR or recruitment software.
- Driven, people-oriented, and passionate about connecting top talent with the right career opportunities.
