Receptionist (Weekend)

Kuno Method is an experiential brain training enrichment from Japan which specialise with working with children from 3 to 8 years old to develop independent logical thinking skills, sharp reasoning skills and creative problem-solving skills.

You are **outgoing**, enjoy **interacting with people**, is **patient**, **polite**, **optimistic**, and works well both independently and in team.

A **fast and keen learner**, you are **resourceful**, has good **problem-solving skills **and **initiative, **and constantly looks for ways to value-add to the team.

**Your responsibilities include**
- Explain our programmes to prospective parents
- Enrol new students after trial lesson
- Arrange for trial and replacement lessons
- Monitor billing and fee collections, complete day-end and month-end closing
- Ensure front desk and reception area are clean at all time
- Social media marketing or other administrative tasks

**Qualifications & skills**
- IB / A-level graduates / Diploma holders who plan to commit at least 6 months
- No experience required - on the job training will be provided
- Required languages: English, Mandarin (strong proficiency in written and spoken English, able to converse in mandarin so as to communicate with mandarin-speaking parents)
- Friendly and likes children, patient, responsible
- Neat and organised
- **Stricly for Singaporean only**

**Working hours & benefits**
- 5-day work week including both Saturday and Sunday. Mondays, Tuesdays and public holidays are off days
- Part-time position including Saturday and Sunday is available
