1) Sales Leadership: Lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets across various product lines, including memberships, event sponsorships, merchandise, and corporate partnerships.

2) Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, sponsors, advertisers, and vendors, to diversify revenue streams and expand the company's client base.

3) Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, including setting performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

4) Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives, incorporating market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce/Zoho/Metricool) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and social media is a plus.
