Vishay Singapore is currently seeking a full time Product Marketing Engineer for developing business plans, marketing strategy and forecasts for assigned product lines based in Singapore. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Processes RFQ’s from initial customer contact, engineering review, product pricing and quotation. Initiates costing activities as required. Makes recommendations on pricing strategies. Maintains quotation log and tracks wins.
- Fills out appropriate documentation and updates relevant systems for new part and part revisions both internal and external. Communicates changes effectively to customer service and engineering as required.
- Provides support to fields sales, customer service and customers on technical issues. Work effectively with other Vishay Asia colleagues including Business Marketing, Sales and factory locations to resolve problems.
- Participate in customer visits and make technical presentations to internal and external audiences. Must be able to communicate in English verbally and written media.
- Conducts market research and analyze industry trends, including monthly sales reports, sample requests, no bids and others.

**Other Principal Responsibilities**:

- Maintain price book and price references
- Maintain datasheets and web content as required
- Create new marketing literature as required
- Other duties as requested / assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in technical field required. Master’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years related experience. High frequency, Mosfet/IGBT Module, thin film process/substrate experience a plus.
- Must be able to travel within the Asia region and occasionally to factories in the Americas region.
