**Job Description & Requirements**:
We're looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our Marketing & Retail team on a full-time basis.

We offer attractive salary packages, benefits and career growth potential. The current position offered will be Marketing Executive or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").

**Responsibilities include**:
**a/Visual Merchandising**
- Planning and executing visual merchandising strategy across stores and as required at events, experiences and exhibitions
- Working with relevant departments in preparation for upcoming new collection launches, particularly leading all visual merchandising efforts in stores featuring new products
- Ensuring all products are thoughtfully displayed and in accordance to the brand’s aesthetics
- Ensuring efficient space utilisation and continuous innovation to offer fresh perspective in stores
- Sourcing for and installing any props, creative materials and accessories required for store displays
- Liaising with vendors, partners, contractors and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the store are functional and aligned with the brand’s aesthetics
- Conducting visual merchandising training for our retail team to maintain brand’s standards
- Keeping up to date on fashion, lifestyle and design trends that may inform the brand’s visual merchandising strategy

**b/Creative Marketing**
- Assisting on photoshoots and styling, as well as providing logistics and operational support
- Keeping up to date on fashion, lifestyle and photoshoot trends that may inform the brand’s visual storytelling
- Ensuring all visual assets are ready for use and systematically archived
- Short and long form copywriting for captions, product descriptions, journals in accordance with the brand voice

**Skills & Requirements**
- Currently residing and eligible to work in Singapore
- Diploma or degree in Visual Communications, Retail Management, Business Marketing, or any other related fields
- Min. I year working experience in Visual Merchandising or Creative Marketing
- Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Collaborative personality with initiative and creativity
- Love for Our Second Nature an added bonus

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
