**Job Qualification**:

- Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum for haircutting, hair colouring, and hair scalp treatments.
- Conduct training sessions for salon staff, covering theory, practical skills, and hands-on techniques.
- Provide individualised coaching and support to trainees to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Assess trainees' progress and proficiency through practical demonstrations and evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in haircutting, hair colouring, and scalp treatments.
- Collaborate with the Management to identify training needs and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new salon staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Maintain training materials, resources, and equipment to ensure they are up-to-date and accessible.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proven expertise in haircutting, hair colouring, and hair scalp treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor others.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire trainees.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and excellence in training delivery.
- Ability to adapt training content and methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Passion for the hair care industry and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and developments.
