**What you’ll do**:
- Lead company wide venture development, with a focus on revenue growth initiatives - taking an end-to-end approach, from conceptualization to Go-to-Market and roll-out
- Venture development initiatives include, but are not limited to: Expansion to new markets, real estate strategy, new products & verticals, new sales/revenue channels, and B2B Identify business opportunities to facilitate growth outside of the core business
- Analyze & prioritize initiatives, generate business case and pitch to founding team
- Prepare project launch strategy and budget
- Plan, execute and measure project pilots to test & validate high potential growth initiatives, with the direct support of the relevant local/regional teams
- Measure, fine-tune and package successfully tested initiatives to prepare for a rapid roll-out at scale
- Coordinate with business development, marketing, operations, tech and supply chain teams across markets to ensure the successful end-to-end roll-out of new revenue growth initiatives
**Who you are**:
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top tier university
- You have gained 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (top tier consulting, high growth startup, investment banking etc.)
- Your work is data-driven and you have supreme analytical skills
- You enjoy tackling complex business situations and have creative problem solving skills
- You are able to conceptualize and structure high level ideas into actionable plans
- You are self-sufficient and able to take full ownership of a project
- You are entrepreneurial at heart and have a “do-er” and hands-on mentality
- You have extensive experience in managing multi disciplinary & cultural teams
