**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily outbound and inbound shipments (local & international).
- Prepare and verify all shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, FTA forms).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Negotiate freight charges, check freight forwarder invoices for accuracy / resolution of invoice disputes or queries for each shipments handle and ensure timely invoicing submit to finance to arrange payments.
- Ensure shipments comply with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
- Assist in providing accurate shipment cost and preparation/arrangement updates for reporting purpose.
- Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Production, QC, Warehouse) for smooth shipment planning.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in shipping processes and logistics efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Familiar with international shipping procedures, Incoterms, payment term and export/import documentation, customs clearance processes and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.Knowledge of LC, BOE, and BG processes is an added advantage
