This position will be responsible for installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of coffee machines and equipment with a focus on timeliness and customer service. Diagnoses equipment problems use judgment to determine how to best repair or replace.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Installation, delivery, move and pick up the coffee machines and equipment to minimize customer downtime
- Servicing coffee equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Inspect machines and meters to determine the causes of malfunctions and fix minor problems
- Contact superior or make arrangements for the removal of machines in cases where major repairs are required
- Report any missing/relocated machines
- Conducts inventory maintenance on all spare parts and equipment
- Maintain good relations with customers & deliver a high level of service
- Maintains established standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- All other duties as assigned
