**The organisation offers you the chance to**:
- Advise the Singapore branch business on regulatory obligations (e.g. Banking Act, SFA and FAA), licensing requirements and carry out necessary regulatory changes internally.
- Keep abreast of legal and regulatory changes affecting the bank and ensure that internal compliance policies are updated/robust.
- Establish compliance policies and assist in identifying and implementing measures to mitigate gaps.
- Take partial ownership of the compliance monitoring processes and enhance its efficiency to ensure relevancy
- Ensure efficient identification of compliance risk and following up on compliance gaps
**You offer**:
- Prior regulatory compliance experience in the corporate or wholesale banking industry.
- Experience liaising with various stakeholders across business lines.
- Good at building relationships and credibility; you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of ranging seniority on a day to day basis.
