**Our team and the role we are hiring for**

We are looking for a highly motivated Biostatistician/Data Analyst to join our team

Person would help the team to explore our data and distill insights which will unlock these opportunities for clinical professionals.
- Quantitatively explore rich data collected from clinical trials, live products, open/public datasets and other stakeholders and use it to uncover applicable insights to support the team in building and envisioning the future and current products and more predictable enrollment management decisions.
- Collaborate with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver insights through models, reports, visualizations, dashboards, and other mediums.
- Collaborate with scientists and clinicians to investigate scientific and medical problems.
- Develop clean, reusable, and testable analytical code and make use of existing data team libraries and modules.

**Ways to Outstand from Crowd**
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry, especially the Neuroscience field.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language.
- Strong background in the development of statistical models.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working with extended virtual teams.
- Ability to work independently.

**Background**
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics or related fields.
- 3+ years of prior experience in real world data analysis, data interpretation and visalization.
- Thorough understanding of statistical principles and clinical experiment methodology.
- Proficient in R, MATLAB, STATA, SAS, SQL and/or Python programming, especially statistical tools and packages.
