**Job Description
You will be assisting the Logistics Supervisor in warehouse management & logistics.

Duties include:

- Check goods received are correct & tally with documentation, pack & store received goods properly in designated places with labelling.
- Assist in processing orders, check the quality & quantity of goods before, during & after the movement of products. Pick & pack goods accurately for delivery to customers.
- Ensure goods are stored safely & maintain health & safety standards in the warehouse & all storage areas.
- Assist Logistics Supervisor in moving & delivering heavy items. Able to operate the Reach truck to move palletized goods
- Ensure access to the warehouse is properly secured before & after office hours.
- Check stock accurately using cycle counting, liaise with accounts to report any discrepancies.
- Help to identify logístical problems & execute appropriate solutions
- Assist in maintaining the logistics database including registration of received goods & inventories of dispatched goods.
- Receive goods for repair from customers and ensure proper paperwork is done.
- Any other duties assigned by senior management.

Working for an SME you will be required to work collaboratively and flexibly to meet the overall needs of the business, as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- ITE/N/O Level graduates. Those without suitable educational qualifications but are currently undergoing self-study for any professional or academic discipline and with working experience are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate & work independently
- Positive working attitude & willingness to learn
