**An opportunity where you will make an impact**:
The Supply Chain Manager will be working alongside regional & global stakeholders.
Reporting into the Product Supply Director APAC, this position is primarily responsible for all planning activities associated with customers & products across Asia, with a particular focus on South Korea and Japan markets.
This person will come into the business creating & maintaining forecast models for their customers, incorporating business intelligence & forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, distributors and e-commerce partners as well as other syndicated consumer data being the integration point to the sales & commercial teams.
This position will also support the Director in various strategic projects.
**Lead**:
Planning
Own the S&OP Process, systems and cadence for the Asia region
Develop S&OP forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function
Lead S&OP review meeting with sales, marketing and distributors to develop a monthly forecast that meets markets demands, inventory goals giving visibility on opportunities & risks versus financial targets
Reflect historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
Track monthly performance of the business through S&OP identifying root case analysis and adjust accordingly
Deep dive into industry dynamics, trends of in market share (IMS/ consumption) and shipments by market to support in decision-making while being the expert of the numbers (Volumes/Value)
Projects
Evaluate brand mix and maintain healthy SKU portfolio through rationalization projects
Coordinate cross-functional New Product Development / New SKU Launch plan
New customer acquisition in Asia market & implement standard process for FCST/Order/Shipment
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**: Min 5-8 years of specific experience in Supply Chain, specifically in Planning preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Pharma industries
Strategic thinking and ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
Willing to work with small teams like a self-driven entrepreneur
Detailed oriented but able to see the big picture, can handle volatility, uncertainty, complexity & ambiguity
Demonstrated proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts. Highly analytical and able to draw key conclusions from large sets of data
Knowledge of SAP, JDA / ERP or other software related to demand planning is preferred
Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, challenging and presentation skills
Fluent in English, any other Asian language a plus
