- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, purchase order and quotations

- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

**Marketing**
- Generate new ideas for brand promotion, drive leads and increase brand awareness
- Conduct market research to gather insights on target audience, industry trends and competition
- Support the planning and execution of events and trade-shows
- Help maintain and update company website, marketing collaterals and social media platforms
- Communicate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives
- Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for new marketing initiatives
- Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the sales & marketing department

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill (English and Mandarin to communicate with mandarin speaking clients)
- Strong attention to details and meticulous
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Design Software, such as Canva, Photoshop

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
