**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of projects, optimizing resource use to achieve successful completion within set schedules and budgets.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Monitor deliverables and manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Ensure all work aligns with the company's quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to address all project-related matters.
- Guide engineers, supervisors, and foremen to meet client and regulatory requirements, while upholding environmental, safety, and health practices.
- Coordinate site housekeeping by managing responsibilities across site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Take on additional duties as assigned by Management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A recognized Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of practical working experience, with at least 5 years in Construction Management on Building Projects with a Main Contractor.
- Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage time effectively, analyze complex situations, and present solutions clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a positive work attitude.
- A proven team player with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse, multi-functional, and multicultural project teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
