**Job Description**:

- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with targeted clients through understanding of their business model and needs
- Implement effective sales strategy for key clients to grow and deepen relationship and AUM
- Lead Assit with new product pitches and presentations
- Engage clients across functions, from gatekeepers to investment specialists and relationship managers
- Manage new account and/or new fund onboarding process from end to end
- Develop in-depth understanding of Invesco funds and keep abreast of new product developments to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients
- Deliver sales and AUM targets
- Work closely with the team in developing new product ideas, product focus and sales ideas to enhance business opportunities
- Communicate effectively to the team and other departments on distributors’ requirements and expectations
- Lead or participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Actively provide market intelligence and analyses for strategic planning and business development
- Work closely with other departments in delivering timely response to the clients
