**Job Description**:
**Team Summary**
We are seeking a passionate, collaborative and creative Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) analyst who wants to make a sustainable impact in our talent and business strategy. You will support the Head of I&D and a variety of internal and external partners including our business leaders, HR partners, I&D champions, ERG Leaders and Corporate Communications to deliver tangible I&D results. You will influence the uptake and implementation of data driven solutions that drive improvement in I&D and have a direct impact in the way we recruit, develop, retain and engage all our employees.

**What an I&D Analyst does at Visa**:
- Own and implement components of the I&D strategy in partnership with the regional I&D Director
- Inspire and motivate colleagues across the AP region to be active advocates and champions for I&D
- Work with the wider team of talent acquisition, talent, people business partnering and regional leadership to build inclusive practices across the organization and employee lifecycle
- Working with the wider People team, make recommendations and implement changes to existing policies, processes and systems recognizing systemic bias
- Thought partner with Visa University to ensure I&D training and content is fit for purpose and facilitate sessions where appropriate
- Promote I&D learning and development across Visa in AP
- Support the growth and development of regional employee networks.
- Manage annual ERG planning process and monthly connects with ERG leads.
- Bridge gaps between ERG activities and business initiatives
- Consult and advise on ERG campaigns and initiatives to ensure they align with the I&D & business strategy.
- Provide advice and tips to functions to build diverse and inclusive teams
- Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities and measure progress
- Manage vendor contracts and payments process for I&D

**Qualifications**:
**What you will need**:
- 5 years of working experience with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience of working in an I&D role for a fast-paced growth organisation, preferably in a role that spans a region
**What will also help**:
- Experience managing large complex projects with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams with strong attention to detail
- Experience with research and data analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to derive and communicate narratives as needed.
- Experience planning and managing I&D events
- Strong consulting/problem-solving skills
