**Responsibilities**
- Knowledge of FCL, LCL and consolidate shipments
- Promptly handle customer and team escalations
- To implement corrective actions and preventive measures for immediate service recovery
- Rates and space negotiation with carriers and vendors
- Provide standard quotes and rates to customer and overseas branches
- To develop and maintain strategic relationship with the Key Accounts customers
- Liaise with shipping lines /carrier and overseas agent on bookings, various requirements and rates
- Perform administrative duties and prepare necessary documents
- Updating customer on delivery status
- Handle and knowledge in Customs Declaration and Incoterms
- Billing and Invoicing
