**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Elfie, a dynamic and rapidly expanding global health and wellness startup, is seeking a visionary Video Editor to play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying its brand's visual identity.

This is an opportunity to create impactful videos that resonate globally, translating creative briefs into compelling visual stories through expert editing, motion graphics, and animations.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Adapt Video Content for Global Audiences - You will edit and localize videos to ensure they resonate with different markets.
- Bring Creative Visions to Life - You will collaborate with the Video Content Strategist to produce high-quality video content that aligns with the brand.
- Edit a Variety of Video Formats - You will craft compelling brand ads, testimonials, and social-first videos with strong storytelling and dynamic pacing.
- Enhance Videos with Motion Graphics & Animation - You will use motion design and typography to elevate storytelling and boost engagement.
- Shape & Evolve Visual Branding - You will maintain a cohesive visual identity while pushing creative boundaries to refine and reinvent the brand’s video style.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:

- Ability to craft engaging and visually compelling videos.
- Skilled at understanding and transforming a creative brief into impactful video content.
- Experienced in using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years working in an agency or production house environment.

Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.

We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.

**How do we monetize?**

We have 2 independent yet synergic business models:

- **Insurers and employers**: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
