JR38069 Intern - MSB Site Planning

Location: MSB, Micron Bendemeer

Department: MSB Planning

Project Title: Automation projects in enhancing routine planning cadence

Description:

- The MSB Site planning team commits to meet the Customer and Business Requirement in tactical planning horizon for our product lines, taking into consideration capacity needs/analysis for production requirements. We work collaboratively with Global Supply Chain (GSC) and the Central Planning teams, and Site Management (Production, Engineering, Warehouse and Logistics) to ensure our commitments are delivered in a timely manner.
- As an intern, you will support in finding opportunities in creating the auto job task for better work efficiency as well as drive small projects to streamline the process and documentations.

Scope:

- You will get to learn and attain an overview of how the MSB backend processes work and interact with various cross functional team members to support in ensuring the timeliness of delivery /fulfillment to customers
- You will be expected to review and put-forth proposals in streamlining the planning processes, and any opportunities for automation to increase efficiency of these processes

Deliverables:

- Proposals for streamlining or automation of planning processes

Skills Required: Critical thinking and keen to collaborate with cross-functional team members

Target Courses: Any Engineering Degree, preferably with programming knowledge

Duration Period: min 5 months
