- Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand project requirements, define test objectives, and create test plans and test cases.
- Execute test cases, logging and analysing of the results for each test case
- Identify, report and document defects from the testing to track for closure
- Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
- Function as a key point of contact for escalation on system issues reported and perform second level investigation
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and abnormalities for continuous improvement post go-live of features

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
