1. Managing various sales department, including Telecom, Key Accounts and Open Channel.

2. Responsible for company's day to day operations

3. Respnsible for setting company sales targets and ensuring all departments are able to hit their targets on time

4. Liasing with China HQ to ensure target alignment and maintaining constant comunication with HQ in Chinese. 5. Responsible for all sales related planning and forecasting
