About the Team
Corporate System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
The Physical Security team is part of the Corporate System department and is responsible for the design, implementation and management of physical security programs to support ByteDance's global operations.
- Responsible for designing ByteDance's physical security system, including core modules such as Safe Space Management, Safe Process Management, and Safe Operation Efficiency Improvement, based on the company's strategy and employee needs;
- Responsible for investigating excellent competing products, hardware equipment, project processes, etc. related to physical security, and landing a complete integrated solution;
- Through user research and user interviews, clarify the demand scenarios and pain points of physical security management, and systematically design them in a targeted manner;
- Coordinate and promote cooperative Product R & D teams based in China and collaborative team resources to promote the implementation of product solutions and ensure the progress of the project.
- Bachelor degree or above, advantageous to have at least 3 years working experience;
- Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English to support the APAC market; fluent in Mandarin is preferred since this role will speak with and write reports to stakeholders based in China due to coverage of the China Market;
- Quick thinking, clear logic, willing to analyze the nature of things, good at solving problems systematically;
- Have a strong sense of platform framework and product structured design capabilities;
- Have strong execution and coordination ability, and work results-oriented;
- Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
