**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements to build central data layers to enable data scientists and data analysts
- Develop dashboards on visualization tools on Tableau using best practices for user to draw business insights and meet their reporting needs
- Execute the tableau administrator duties which include:

- Server setup and configurations by working with the infrastructure team
- Setup the process for user access controls and permissions
- Establish the deployment, maintenance and data backup strategy
- Build the basic metrics to measure tableau performance, adoption, etc.
- Analyse data sources and perform data profiling to identify data quality issues, data discrepancies, and data transformation requirements
- Move data from source to destination, build data workflows, data management, data governance, and maintaining solutions like cloud data warehouses and lakes
- Develop technical capability to track campaigns, notifications, promotions, referrals and attribution models
- Build data catalogues or data dictionaries to enable data discovery and enhance trust of data presented on dashboards or visualizations
- Stay updated with the latest data transformation and visualization tools, technologies, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in designing, building and operationalizing data visualizations and related data solutions (with batch ETL or streaming data)
- Proven experience in server side setup and administrator activities on data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI or Qlik
- Experience working with AWS cloud data platforms (S3, RDS, Glue, Redshift,)
- Good understanding of SQL data storage structures and storage/query optimization
- Knowledge of databases, data modelling, and data architecture concepts
- Proficient in at least one core language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, etc.) and SQL
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication, collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
