We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our fast-paced chain of food outlets. You will maintain quality standards in food preparation and service, while managing food costs. You must have proven success in the F&B industry as a confident, effective, and efficient leader who can motivate and work collaboratively with food outlet staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure POS System input accuracy
- Provide timely updates on Competitors vs Stalls trends
- Ensure frontline staffs adhere to Basic Food Hygiene practice
- Ensure cleanliness of stalls to SFA requirement
- Provide Daily Sales Report commentary on weekly basis
- Maintain costing targets set by HQ
- Train and guide frontline staffs to adhere strictly to cooking processes / SOP
- Appraise and discipline staffs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 3 years’ experience of relevant work experience in F&B
- Familiar with SFA’s Food Hygiene Practices & Guidelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be willing to work in Coffee Shop/ Food Court environment
- 5.5-day work week
