**Responsibilities**:

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting
- Writing technical documentation
- Performs design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation of solutions for new or enhancement requirements
- Production Support

**Requirements & Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in mainframe development
- Experience in working with EMC Storage, IBM VE, MF NW CICS, MQ & DB2
- Support as Batch Mgmt, Duty Engineer
- Knowledge on Scheduling & Operation Output Mgmt
- Good hands on
- z/OS, IBM HW, SW Install/maint
- Strong hands-on working experience in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, File-Aid, Changeman and other mainframe technologies
- Must be having good knowledge of VSAM File Handling, Writing various SORT Cards for JCL Jobs and Good understanding of COBOL-VSAM and Online CICS Programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Finding Solutions for bugs/issues and Error handling in Mainframe
- Experience with mainframe software development tools and platforms (z/OS, z/VM, z/Linux, IBM System z)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Banking Industry Domain Knowledge
- Batch Cycle Support
- Production Maintenance Support and flexible to support 24X7 if required.

**Basic Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (B.E/BTECH/MCA)
- 3+ years of experience with technical product configuration, design, and/or integration
- Experience working with technical products, vendors and families of technology

**Other Qualifications**
- Good Technical design skills
- Good Communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
