The Material Specialist is responsible for quality documentation in support of direct material related tasks workflow. These include deviation management, material qualification, raw material specification and change control procedures.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the creation / revision of Raw Material Specification
- Own TrackWise records for complex Change Request, Deviation and applicable Task.
- Provide appropriate coaching and guidance on the execution of Change Request and Deviation as necessary.
- Provide oversight of the timely execution and closure of records related to Supplier Change Notification (SCN), Change Request (CR) and Task. Escalate to Management for records that run into risk of missed timelines.
- Responsible for communicating with customers for notifications and approvals.
- Responsible for workflow and process streamlining and improvement.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by area management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in SCM or Quality relevant discipline.
- Solid Material management experience in GMP environment.
- Planning, organizing and controlling skills and action oriented.
- A team player with Positive attitude.
- Sensitive to deadlines.
- Good communication and time management skills.
