**Location**:Central Area

**Salary**:$5K - $6K Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

**5.5 Work week (Alternate Sat)**

**Remuneration**:Year end bonus + VB + AL

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Equivalent
- With min 3-5 years of Singapore construction industry experience.
- 3 years’ experience in building engineering, with a focus external works and steel structure.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structure and structural steel manufacturing and installation processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and oversee the external works including steel link bridge.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop and implement project specifications.
- Ensure all steel members are manufactured and installed according to design specifications.
- Conduct structural analysis to ensure the integrity and safety of the steel elements.
- Manage and supervise the installation of structural steel components.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for the procurement of materials.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
