HR/Admin generalist including local staff payroll.

HR functions (recruitment to offboarding)
- Reviews, enacts and enforces company policies
- More than 1+ of payroll experience
- Fluent in English and any other additional foreign language
- Possess strong leadership, communication skills, teamwork
- Highly competent with good performance record

**Requirements**:

- Strong communicator in English (fluency in Korean and Mandarin is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP systems, and any other HR system

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in administering benefits, Payroll & compensation, and any other relevant policies, etc.
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and workplace emergency issues, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
