**What the role is**
- The National Marketing Office (NMO) facilitates marcom coordination across the whole of government (WoG), in areas such as campaign timing, messaging, and platforms so as to ensure marcom effectiveness and cost efficiencies across WoG.

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of apt tools/mechanisms (e.g. playbooks, advisories, tech solutions, procurement-related work and / or contractual processes) with relevant stakeholders so as to enable effective planning, coordination and execution of marketing communications initiatives / efforts across WOG in a timely fashion;
- Support team initiatives towards a Digital First approach to marketing communications - Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate alignment of local and international marketing efforts across WOG; including relationship management of industry partners to promote the Singapore brand effectively - Support high-level committees and organise meetings/webinars that facilitate the optimisation of resources for marketing communications initiatives / efforts across WOG

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - Background in related disciplines, preferably in Business, Marketing and Communications - At least 8 years’ experience in strategic planning, journalism, media relations, corporate / marketing communications and / or marketing in the public / private sector - Experience with martech or marketing innovation would be an advantage - Good analytical and critical thinking skills - Good understanding of public communication trends and media developments - Strong interpersonal skills in building effective intra
- and inter-organisational connections and networks - Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task with good project management skills
