The **Corporate Services Manager/Assistant Manager**supports the National Director by ensuring the National Office adheres to financial controls and administrative SOPs. This role oversees all administrative processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency, and assists the National Director in managing the oraganisation. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting necessary reports for review by the National Director and board and providing compliance advisory on all financial matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department, driving team performance.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, analysis, and the organisation's financial performance.
- Prepare, submit, and present accurate and timely financial and accounting reports (including monthly, year-end, and audited statements).
- Collaborate with all organisational units to improve existing and implement new financial processes, enhancing efficiency and cost savings.
- Supervise the finance department and its staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support all department managers with performance reviews, reforecasting, and budgeting.
- Provide advisory services and ensure compliance with Board, statutory, and regulatory requirements, and organisational policies.
- Support the National Director in monitoring, developing, and reviewing the annual budget with all managers.
- Collate and submit required reports to the Habitat Asia Pacific and/or International office
- Undertake other duties (ad-hoc finance, IT, and administrative) as assigned by the National Director.
- A tertiary graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in administration or finance with ACCA/CPA or other professional accounting qualifications.
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Preferably with knowledge of charity and/or non-profit sector (especially finance)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of accounting system (SunSystems) and CRM (Salesforce) would be advantageous.
- Strong planning, organization, implementation and management abilities.
- Meticulous with attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of initiative and proactive approach.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional and personal development.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Pay: $4,100.00 - $5,800.00 per month
