[What the role is]
You will be involved in the development of the Performing Arts landscape in Singapore, with a focus on dance and traditional arts sectors.

[What you will be working on]

Support the Dance and Traditional Arts team, and also work with Executives from other Performing Arts teams to:

- Prepare Letters of Offer to General Grant recipients;
- Process disbursements for all grant recipients;
- Monitor and track grant recipients’ projects;
- Set up meetings for Arts Fund Committee;
- Process disbursements for all Arts Fund recipients;
- Request for tickets to performances by grant recipients; and
- Process payments to vendors (for procurements).

Support Head Of Department in management of:

- Calendar (setting up meetings); and
- Claims.

[What we are looking for]
- Diploma, with a t least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Possess competencies such as grants management/claims administration, communication skills and project timeline management.
- Detailed, meticulous, systematic and thorough.
