**Procurement Manager & Sales Support Specialist
- Execute purchase orders and contracts, and implement purchase procedures
- Strong knowledge and skills price negotiation, planning and order process
- Implement and improve the cost reduction and control plan
- Develop, assess, and manage suppliers, and maintain their relationships
- Fill in the relevant procurement form, and prepare the procurement analysis (supplier market dynamics and risks etc) and summary report
- Familiar with raw materials procurement in flavour or food ingredient industry
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Prepare in-depth analysis in support of sourcing strategy development

**Requirement**
- Degree in international trade, fine chemistry or related fields
- 3 years + of experience in raw material procurement (chemical/flavour/food ingredient) and foreign trade related work, familiar with general custom clearance procedures
- Experience and knowledge in strategic buying
- Familiar with the import and export operation process, and the policies of the customs inspection
- Must be familiar with import operations such as bonded warehouse and general trade procedure
- Work proactively & open minded and willing to learn new skill set
- Good communication skill to persuade and influence both internal and external stakeholders
